Depending on the package selected, parents and siblings can be included in the session too. These portraits are kept simple, allowing the focus to remain on the connection between your new baby and the people who have been waiting to meet them.
Older siblings don't need to stay in the studio for the entire newborn session. Family portraits can be planned around their attention span, giving them a chance to participate without asking them to sit quietly through several hours of newborn photography.
What to Expect on Session Day
By the time you walk through the studio doors, most of the planning has already been done. The newborn photography studio in Spring, TX, just north of Houston, is prepared with everything needed for your baby's portraits, so there's very little you'll need to bring with you.
One thing you'll notice right away: the studio is warm. It's kept between 80 and 84°F to help keep your baby comfortable, so lighter clothing or layers are always a good idea for parents and older siblings.

After the Session
The Session May Be Over, But Choosing What You Want to Keep Comes Next.
Within four weeks of our session, your gallery will be ready. Your finished portraits are individually edited and delivered through a private online gallery, where high-resolution files can be viewed and downloaded. Selected portraits are provided in color along with their matching black-and-white versions. This beautifully laid-out gallery will allow you to view, download, and share your photos with loved ones.
Optional heirloom products, such as albums, framed prints, metal, or acrylic wall pieces, etc, are available à la carte.
Newborn Safety Comes Before the Photograph
Newborn photography requires more than knowing how to create beautiful portraits; it requires patience, specialized training, and an understanding of what a tiny baby is comfortable doing.
With more than seven years of experience photographing newborns and continued education in newborn posing and safety, every pose is approached gently and adjusted to your baby. A trained assistant is also available during newborn sessions to provide an extra set of hands when needed.
If something isn't working for your baby, the pose changes. Simple as that.
